Improve update flow

Moonraker's update manager still doesn't fully support Spoolman. These things must be taken care of:
- Compile a regular pip requirements.txt from the PDM requirements when packaging spoolman.zip
- Get rid of PDM and just use pip for installing the requirements in the installation script
- Start adding "v" as prefix to Github release titles
