Uninstall scriplet of displaylink-1.12.0-2.x86_64 is failing

Environment:

Fedora workstation 38
kernel: 6.2.12-300.fc38.x86_64

Short summary:

I tried to install the new driver displaylink-1.13.1-1.x86_64 from previous version displaylink-1.12.0-2.x86_64 and it failed with the following message.
