Not only does the last release v2.4.0-MOD_1.3 fix the recurring problem of "CTS Profile failed" I had on my Google Pixel 4a 5G, but it also raised my Device Integrity from "BASIC" to "DEVICE" !
I hope it will do as well for other devices...
