Merge Colin's commits back into the main repo

Colin (@cdomoney-veracode) has made a number of commits and PR with fixes (thx :) ) that where applied into the Fork (vs the upstream repo)

This can be seen by this graph (note how the PRs are going into his fork)

Here is how to create the PR:

1. go to the fork's Pull Request page: https://github.com/cdomoney-veracode/Book_SecDevOps_Risk_Workflow/pulls and click on the New pull request green button

2. click on 'Create pull request' green button

3. enter a message and click on the 'Create pull request' green button

4. that's it

That pull request is now on the queue to be reviewed and accepted
