Prompt for Sign In

I understand that there is extra work necessary for people testing the app to be able to sign into Curiosity and that the app is not quite finished. However, I've noticed that when trying to upvote/downvote as well as opening the Inbox, Posts, Comments and Saved tabs when not signed in they are either completely unresponsive or misleading as to whether it worked. I would recommend to show a sign in popup (or at least a placeholder popup in the form of an alert).
