Add example of bpmn user task approval of data anonymization

Add a example where on a pre-scheduled anonymization (example: records older than 5 years), when the task executes and fines records to clean, there is a User Task approval process where someone in IT/Audits/etc gets a notification/user task that must be approved before the clean continues
