Skip files that cannot be shredded when shredding a folder

A folder can contain many files, so when an exception is thrown during the shredding of a file, the whole operation should not be halted. Instead, the troublesome file can be just skipped and at the end, a notification can be shown letting the user know that not all of the files where shredded.
