Add `allcontributors` bot

We should use this bot to better keep track of contributors: https://allcontributors.org/
We are already using this bot in our website repo & it has worked well for us.
Hmm..I guess I don't have the permissions to do this. @with-heart @kempsterrrr could you help out?

Yeah we have this setup in DAO Job Board by @Dhaiwat10 or @with-heart I think
The bot is enabled in all repos across the org. I wasn't aware of this back then.

Hello yes bro! We just follow that pattern and allcontributors bot will notice that and create the PR. All the categories are found in here https://allcontributors.org/docs/en/emoji-key :) I let you do the honors of taking the first spot in the Contributors section on README and merging that PR! #51
I've added a bunch now 👍 Everyone please feel free to add more emojis to themselves as I'm not necessarily up to speed with what everyone has contributed with.
Also I think there were some early contributors before I got involved. Perhaps someone else wants to follow up on that and then consider this issue closed? :-)
Probably have to hunt down Neoc (do we need a GitHub ID?) as he/she is the original pixel avatar creator in the early days by hand before I turned it into a project.
