What to do about events with the fake location of NYC city hall?

There are events in the system that have been registered with a fake location of (40.7127837,-74.0059413) which is the exact location of NYC City Hall.

For example, event 5595576, "Women to Women Phone Bank, Washington County" is registered to this location. There are at least 50 events like this.

QUESTION: Should we filter out events that have this exact lat/long since they are so likely to be the incorrect location?
