Creating a new appointment by double clicking the schedule area does not work in v3.0.0-beta.2

Current Behaviour
On updating the dependencies to version 3.0.0-beta.2, double clicking the scheduler area will not show the appointmentForm as to create a new appointment.
Expected Behaviour
When double clicking the scheduler area an appointmentform is opened as it is in version 2.76
