nix/templates/pkg/rust doesn't build

Because colored is locked to an incompatible version:

The solution i worked is to nix develop then cargo update -p colored@2.1.0 --precise 2.0.0 and I'm happy to create a PR with the changed Cargo.lock but I don't know that's the best way to fix this so I figured I'd open the issue and see what folks think.
