Trying to get this to work on Xubuntu 20.04

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can't get it to work with notify-send. notify-send complains about not having a summary no matter how I feed it the tags.
Determinant / mpd_trigger
Execute whatever you want when MPD (Music Player Daemon) changes its state.
