Ability to unlock keybord/mouse

When I run the game in windowed mode, my keyboard and mouse are locked in the game window. There’s no way to click on anything that’s outside of the game window, and there’s no way to Alt+Tab out of the game. It would be nice if there was a way to get the game to give up control of your keyboard/mouse.

We haven't done anything for window mode yet and in fact it is disabled in release builds.
