I'm going to integrate this with the updated DT tester DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#2329 and add to TSD v0.6

Already did a massive sweep on DT data (fixed >180 files), those are waiting in my DT fork until some pending PR's land.

PR's landed, this will go Live on DT very soonish.
