Mouse cursor stuck in top-left corner

After uninstalling/reinstalling, I chose D3D9 instead of D3D10 renderer.

Now, my cursor is stuck in the top left and won't move no matter what I do.

Browsing around other forums, it seems some note this happens with Kentie's mod if Raw Input is enabled. But this mod doesn't use Kentie's launcher by default, and I have 0 idea how to change this option if it exists for Launch as well.

Setting DirectInput from False (default) to True in DeusEx.ini and Deus Ex Community Update.ini had no effect

It looks like tabbing out, clicking on another window, and then tabbing back in fixes the issue.
