how to conduct group level consolidation on individual results?

To save calculation time, we run qatools-python on individual subjects (images) in a parallel manner using multiple computers on a cloud. So the results of each folder are named by the subject' name, inside which is a list of folders including fornix, hippocampus, screenshot, surfaces ea al. Inside those folders is just one subject's corresponding results.

Can you suggest how to conduct group level consolidation on those individual results?
