EPIC: SHOPPING BASKET & CHECKOUT customised workflow
Description:
This epic covers additional functionality for shopping basket conversion to order, and payment processing.
Pre-requisite is that EPIC #16 completed
- FTU_21: As a first-Time User I want to receive email/text notifying me of my order number and lead time so I can plan when to collect #23
- FTU_18: As a First-Time User I want to personalise my order #20
- RU_11 As Returning User I want to assign delivery address(es) to my account to streamline the ordering process #46
- RU_12 As a Returning User I would like to choose a saved delivery address when placing an order to streamline the ordering process #46
- SO_06 As System Owner I want to track orders raised to ensure they progress through the shipping lifecycle ;
- RU_06 As a Returning User I want to view my order status so I know if the order has been shipped #58
