Better list item data fetch with rx and redesign

  1. replace cameraId from event with the real camera name. camera names can be get with "/camera/list" request.
  2. camera and events requests can fail. need to retry failed request after 1 second. and set total timeout for fetch both requests to 30 seconds.
  3. show snapshor for the time of the event. redesign list item to be more "instagram" like.
    the url looks like "{baseUrl}/archive/media/{cameraId}/{timestampFormated}?w=0&h={height}"
    for example: http://try.axxonsoft.com:8000/asip-api/archive/media/OWNEROR-2LRQDEG/DeviceIpint.3/SourceEndpoint.video:0:0/20190320T121212.000000?w=0&h=200
