Over on https://github.com/dockyard/postgres_ext, There's DavyJonesLocker/postgres_ext#121 which is preventing this from working on Rails 4.1

Want to update README to reflect that for the moment? If it had said to wait, I think that'll work for now.

Put a huge note near the top of the readme about rails 4.1. Some of the changes are not likely compatible for both 4.0 and 4.1. Hopefully this week I'll get some time to thoroughly test Postgres_ext on rails 4.1. Unfortunately, a loose requirement on rails is unlikely to solve the problem, methinks
