HAL for Comparators

Any plans on adding HAL for comparators?

That would be a useful feature. I haven't used them myself. There is nothing blocking this just haven't gotten around to it; PRs welcome.

I am working on my own HAL for comparators. However, I don't really have time to feature gate it and not tested all the features yet.
