Make privacy section (Terms) easier to click

Hey! One other thing I wanted to cover is that it's fairly hard to go to the terms (Or Github) section of the website.

The main view doesn't have a link to it:

And the other section clickable as a "normal" user is https://stickersfordiscord.com/sticker-packs which doesn't allow you to click it there either because scrolling to the bottom of the view will load more results, which will push terms further away, like so:

I myself opened the link through opening the developer console, and directly looking at the href for it in the elements tab, but having this be more accessible would be good!
