Confused about how to sync

So ive got all devices linked but how do we set the Effects? I'm extremely new to this kinda stuff please be patient
Hey, What exactly do you mean by effects? The lighting should be controlled by the software you linked to.
How do you do that? I've got no clue what I'm doing.
Also will this work with cooler master ARGB products?
