UI Swagger isn't working

- PHP Version: 8.3.3
Description:
when I access the swagger documentation, its UI is broken and it doesn't appear with its usual stylization.

What can I do to solve it? I've already removed the vendor and reinstalled it with composer, generated a new publication, but nothing solves it.
