downloading binary often returns http status code 478

The error message is as follows:
downloading binary files is not stable, often returns HTTP status code 478,
it seems to be the "Qiniu" mirror source server exceptions caused,
Can we switch to a more stable service provider?

好像是因为 https://ghproxy.com/ 不能用了。我把它调整到原始站点上面去。
