Unable to select region

I'm on a Win 11 system, and when I use the shortcut key Alt+Q, I can't recognize the selected area and translate . The area is selected successfully, but the translation does not respond .But when I use the shortcut keys Shift+F , the selected content is recognized normally .

And by any chance, not a laptop? it will be better if you send screenshot with hardware specifications
