Update tibber state of charge for offline car

Hi!
As far as I know the tibber API does not allow setting the SOC for an offline car. Or?
Daniel, since you work for tibber maybe you know why? Should be fairly easy to implement and it would be really nice for us that have an offline car but still have the SOC value in home assistant.
This integration could perhaps provide a service in HA that we could use?
