Would it be possible to get a sensor for the monthly accumulated cost with subsidy AND grid cost?

If your distributor doesn't provide the data to Tibber, you won't have it. You can calculate this yourself, using a Utility Meter: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/utility_meter/

I was thinking of an addition to the sensors already provided in the tibber_data, this sensor would come in handy, to show the real cost pr.month. Tibber_data already has a cost sensor and also grid price (if grid company is supported), so why not a total cost sensor (if grid supported).. I would really much appreciate that sensor! :)
