Incoming RSS feeds should have an option allowing all torrents added from a feed to auto start, combined with an option when adding torrents from a feed allowing feeds to be auto started or not.

  • add checkbox to support starting torrents when adding from feed
  • add ability to save the above values default on a torrent by torrent basis
