iplug now supports targeting .clap so can you release a .clap format

I'll look into it, the project isn't currently built around .clap but I'll see if I can get it working. I'm pretty busy what with college starting in about 6 weeks so it may take me a bit; if you want to build it yourself and create a PR that would be very helpful.
