IE will ask user to install all missing plugins

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include this plugin in your page
2. load page


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- expected: the plugin should "do" nothing, it should simply return true or 
false depending on existance of the plugins

- result: Internet Explorer does ask the user to install all missing plugins, 
including activeX, flash, acrobat, quicktime and so on, if they are not 
installed for this browser
