Adding apps to the application folder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy to folder
2. Reboot iPod
3. Launch app and 20 seconds later crashes back to home screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Crash failed to launch
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPod touch 1.1.4
Disk For iPhone 20071207.zip
Please provide any additional information below.

The problem is that your application is not executable on the iphone's
filesystem. This is a duplicate of issue #6,
and is not likely to be fixed soon.

sorry, I should have been more clear. The mobilesevice API doesn't support it
so I dont think it is possible
until it is changed by apple, unless someone knows another way.
