iPhone Sim-Unlock 114 upgrade not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. iPhone 114 update from OTB 113, On OSX 10.5.2
2. Iphone Activated, Jail broken
3. Hit Sim-Unlock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A message promote for Sim-Unlock and the processing wheel just rotate.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
is there any specific procedure how to perform the Sim-Unlock?
If you can provide a set-by-setup how to do so.
Do I need to have iTunes Running? or Closed?

Same happening to me, I have a 4gb phone restored in iTunes to 1.1.4, 
Independence activated and jailbroke 
successfully, trying to unlock it now. "Waiting for Sim Unlock" runs endlessly. 
10.5.2, Intel, iTunes 7.6.

OK, I got around it. Restart the computer; restart the iPhone (I did so by 
holding down both buttons till I got the 
red slider). Restart the phone and try again. It worked this time. Be patient, 
but at least you will see stuff going 
on on the phone screen.
