When I type lxrunoffline.exe m -n Ubuntu -d "D:\Hyper-V\ubuntu"
it gives this output:

[ERROR] Couldn't get the value "DistributionName" of the registry key "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Lxss\AppxInstallerCache".
Reason: The system cannot find the file specified..
