Many "255" hardcoded for world height's limit

255 is hardcoded in PHP Docs and in some code, for example in the Printer, in the fillsession for highest block (as also said in #243), in the schematic pasters (MCStructureSchematic)...
Since last versions and PM5, the world is not limited to 256 in Y anymore.
