Support spec v1.4

Version 1.4 of the core spec is scheduled for release soon. (Non-final) schemas are located here: https://github.com/CycloneDX/specification/tree/v1.4-dev/schema
The Python maintainers are doing a great job of documenting what needs to be done to support v1.4, see CycloneDX/cyclonedx-python-lib#67
As we're currently only supporting one spec version at a time, this should justify a major version increment.
