Steps for compilation

It would be nice if the steps to compile this project were in the README.md or another documentation, so as to not rely on the releases to test it. Plus, maybe someone can use the steps to build for 64 bits as a guide to building for 32 bits.

I was looking for 32 bit, and saw that last one was released in April 2022
