Particles on the first tab always blink

Which ever page is set whether "hello" page or colorful particles, if its a first page the particles always transform opacity mid way, making it look like blinking particles. Issue can reproduced by changing "hello" page as a first tab. I think there should be an option to set blinking nature of the particles.
