Height not being fully expanded on .is-collapsible.is-active

I'm having a strange bug in Chrome where an active collapse container (.is-collapsible.is-active) does not get expanded to the proper height. It's a strange bug because it only happens some of the time. If I refresh the page 10 times it only happens some random number of times, say 30%. And if I hard refresh the page it happens probably 90% of the time..

I don't even know where to begin with this, but maybe you have some ideas. Could very well be related to issue #2
