Compass mode overhaul

make it so that the compass mode changes direction only every x degree instead of constantly to have it a bit less wooblie.
Every 10° should be fine, makes it spin around way less when the player changes directions :-)
If this is added, I recommend that users are able to modify the value.
I agree, but we need to sort out the config UI first... its a bit messy right now. Dont wanna overload it with more config values right now, so maybe a good default value that makes the compass less shaky and afterwards an advanced setting parameter to make it configurable (although I doubt that many people will change the defaults given we pick a good one :-) )
