[Technical] Remove chronodose-related objects

The Swift code base still contains items related to unused and deprecated chronodoses, like:
- remote configuration
CentreCellCentresListViewControllerCentresListViewModelVaccinationCentreFollowedCentreLocalizable- notifications
We should remove them, thy are not relevante anymore.
