[Changes] SPDX headers in sources, AUTHORS file and mock JSON

To help contributors and have clean sources, we should:

  • add an AUTHORS file with name of contributors
  • add an Xcode template with the template based on SPDX-format for sources
  • update already created files headers
  • add mock JSON and HOWTO file to explain how to provide them (see #143)
