Some unattended upgrade daemons still run on devices made from our images

We do attempt to disable all the auto-update services (see “Stop automated apty services” task in the bootstrap role), but something in the first-boot process seems to be re-enabling them. This means that it’s possible for a device to upgrade packages if it gets an internet connection while in the field.

This is problematic because of #149 (the sort of updates that armbian provides for other packages are unlikely to be an issue, but we should disable the daemons to minimise the chance of anything going wrong in the field)
