初次应该也请求了，可能还没有完成，后面配好了需要手动推一次，之前应该是这个设计

平时进入这个页面是不会主动刷新的。
只有一种情况需要刷：
第一次安装配置好机器人之后回到这个页面，可以自动触发一次刷新
