Spacing between nav bar and content shrinks after scrolling down.

When you load the page, you have some space between the nav bar and the content sections. When you scroll down and back up again, there is less space between the nav bar and the content. Probably something related to the nav bar's position becoming fixed to the top of the page.
Verified that it occurs in Chrome and Firefox for all page sizes. Not critical, but it annoys me.
