The top menu bar is black

When you press the menu button in the top right corner on mobile devices, the top bar turns black and the menu does not display correctly
Just curious, is this reproducible? I had the same issue with the full site, but it turned out to be just some funky problem with cached content. Ex. I flushed it with ctl+shift+r on chrome and it reset back to normal.
This happens to me every time, most notably when I am on my phone.
this is an issue with the css for the mobile site. Fix coming
