Mouse Lag

Hello,
I have lag when i move the mouse over the "Min", "Max" and "Close" buttons, other people have the same issue or is just my computer slow ?
I'm using Ribbon with AllowFormIntegrate = False, the form is Maximized.
Pc config: I3, 8GB RAM, res.: 1920x1080, framework: 4.6.1
