Commit Multicam Clip on Retimed Multicam clip will not work

This is potentially a Final Cut Bug where stepping into the Multicam from a Retimed Multicam clip won't go to the nearby actual frame, but will land on the wrong time. Command Post should perhaps warn against using it on a Retimed clip, or do the maths around it?
