Add optional handles to Titles to Keywords Toolbox

During the session Marc Bach asked whether it would be possible to give the user the option to add handles to the keyword in your titles to keywords toolbox. I think this would be a great addition. if possible it would be great if the user could decide how long these handles should be.
Working a lot with tool lately this would make so much sense. This way i could easily get the reaction of an actor before and after a delivered line. Selecting adjacent keywords kind of does the trick now but if you have very long texts this is not ideal.
This new feature of course should only be optional.
