[Feat]: Show onboarding in steps.

Describe the problem and solution that you'd like.
- Make the onboarding steps visible one by one as user completes the previous one.
- Rename the executable step as "Setting up engine"
The goal is to promote more users to complete the onboarding by reducing the turf off of 3 direct steps visible.
