Frames Dropping in proportion as time elapsing

im sorry my English sucks :(
my friends and i found that we have a performance issue when in game , as time elapsing , the frames will be droping in proportion(it goes like 150--120--90) , is there any memory leak or anything else would cause this performance issue?
